A Bit About Us

Our first processing plant opened in Valparaíso, Chile in 1988, followed by our second facility in Porvenir (Chilean Patagonia) in July 2009. The Porvenir plant operates under a partnership with Elaboradora de Alimentos Porvenir S.A. (ELDAP S.A.). Our third facility opened in Puerto Aysén in 2019.

In 2024, Fiordosur was acquired by Nutrisco, a strategic move to complement Nutrisco’s capabilities with Fiordosur’s extensive industry experience and strong track record in seafood processing and export.

This acquisition strengthens Nutrisco’s commitment to local development in the Aysén and Magallanes regions, where Fiordosur holds a strong presence. Our facilities maintain both product quality and excellence in service, upholding a flawless HACCP Program and Grade A sanitary standards, always assuring customer satisfaction.
